STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH LEVEL 1
The Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1 program equips fitness professionals with practical skills and evidence-based knowledge to design safe, effective programs for athletes and active clients.
Participants learn foundational theory: exercise physiology, biomechanics, nutrition, and injury mechanisms, paired with hands-on application including R.A.M.P. warm-ups, mobility and stability progressions, barbell technique, kettlebell and medicine-ball drills, plyometrics, speed and agility training, and conditioning formats.
The program emphasizes injury prevention, practical assessment, coaching cues, spotting, and sport-specific analysis to translate movement screening into individualized plans. Nutrition modules cover fueling strategies, weight management, supplements, and WADA compliance.
By course end, professionals will confidently assess needs, prescribe progressive resistance and power development, integrate preventative strategies into sessions, and communicate within multidisciplinary teams while respecting the scope of practice. Graduates leave with ready-to-use session templates, drill libraries, and tools to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and elevate professional credibility.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1 programme is a continuing education workshop approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), and National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
