CHRONIC DISEASE EXERCISE TRAINER
This comprehensive one-day course is designed for fitness professionals seeking to expand their expertise in working with clients managing chronic diseases. It delves into the specific physiological considerations for diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia, outlining how exercise impacts these conditions.
