WHY FIT MUAY

The FIT Muay philosophy was crafted with the key objective of helping exercise professionals understand and pick up effective applied skills in striking activities for fitness and health. Developed in collaboration with Vinz Low, this FIT Muay methodology gives participants a structured way to immerse into developing themselves as professionals in strike fitness activities.

FIT MUAY FOUNDATIONS

Establish the foundations to better understand more about striking techniques in a safe and effective method. In addition, explore the range and corresponding striking techniques and learn to appreciate the differences and their execution in both Orthodox and Southpaw stances.

This 1-day workshop will be a prerequisite for exercise professionals and enthusiasts interested in taking up the FIT Muay Level 1 Certification course.

The FIT Muay Foundations programme is a continuing education workshop approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), and National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
