WHY FIT MUAY

The FIT Muay philosophy was crafted with the key objective of helping exercise professionals understand and pick up effective applied skills in striking activities for fitness and health. Developed in collaboration with Vinz Low, this FIT Muay methodology gives participants a structured way to immerse into developing themselves as professionals in strike fitness activities.

FIT MUAY LEVEL 1 TRAINER

Building on the concepts from FIT Muay Foundations, exercise professionals will establish themselves proficiently to lead and guide their clients to perform striking techniques safely and effectively for their fitness workouts. Participants will also be empowered to have sensible, quality and safe pad holding techniques to complement their existing fitness and exercise sessions.

This 1-day workshop is not your typical “cardio kickboxing” class or “martial arts dance workout” certification program. The pre-requisite for this certification course is the FIT Muay Foundations.

Participants will be required to fulfil the course criteria and demonstrate their training and coaching skills with a competency-based assessment at the end of the programme.

The FIT Muay Foundations programme is a continuing education workshop is approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), and National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
