FOOTBALL FITNESS AND CONDITIONING

Understanding the right conditioning for football fitness goes beyond just developing skills and running. This 1-day course will take coaches and exercise professionals to establish a foundation of movement mechanics that will be integrated into developing the various components of physical fitness for the sport.
The process includes assessments, profiling, program design and integration back to the sport during training and match days.
The Football Fitness and Conditioning programme is a continuing education workshop approved by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), and National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF).
