NEXGEN DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Developing the next generation of young athletes.

This program works to integrate effective and applied knowledge combining best data-driven best practices using a systematic process to cater to age-appropriate training for children, adolescents and young adults from the ages of 5 to 18 years of age.

The NGDS course is intended for those trainers, coaches, parents, and administrators who have a good base working knowledge of general training and have already obtained at least one entry-level certification credential in the field of fitness, strength & conditioning, and/or health sciences.

Participants are required to fulfil and complete all criteria that includes an assessment to be awarded with the specialist title.
